Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and omandus governing your use of the omandus app and website. By using omandus you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use omandus. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, posts, comments and other content you create. You grant omandus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute that content within the service so it can be shown to other users and shared via links. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post.

Zero-tolerance for objectionable content & abusive behavior

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights, and not to harass or abuse other users.

omandus screens content, and every user can report objectionable content and block abusive users from within the app. We review reports and remove violating content and terminate offending accounts, typically within 24 hours.

AI-generated content

Landmark recognition and tour narration are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general information and entertainment only — verify important details independently.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scrape data, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, omandus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
